Your family's details

What we keep

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email, and a second contact if you give one.
• Your area, delivery address, map pin, and the days and times that suit you.
• Your kids' first names, birth dates (for birthday messages and ages) and what they like to play with. We never ask for surnames, health details or ID.
• Your plan, the toys and books you borrow and give, your points, and your payments (amount, date, how you paid and any Whish or OMT reference). We never store card numbers.
• If you log in with Google: your name and email from Google. Nothing else.

Why

Only to run your membership: send the right toys for your kids' ages, deliver your box, keep your points and payments right, and message you about swaps on WhatsApp. We don't send ads and we never sell or share your details.

Photos of your kids are posted only if you said yes when joining, and you can change your mind any time.

Where it's kept

In a secure database (Supabase, servers in Frankfurt, Germany). Each family can only see its own details; only Share the Toy can see all families. Login codes are emailed through Resend. The website runs on Cloudflare. These services keep the data only to provide their service to us.

How long, and deleting it

We keep your details while you're a member. Once all your toys are back, you can ask us to delete your account and your kids' details. We keep payment records only as long as needed for our accounts.

To see, correct or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@sharethetoy.org. You can also update most details yourself in My account.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in, and your browser remembers what's in your box. No tracking or advertising cookies.
